Ok ill try keep this as short and sweet as possible to avoid people falling asleep.
1.) We don't ship internationally apart from to neighbouring countries like Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana etc
2) The prices for shipping are displayed during the checkout process, BEFORE you confirm your order.
3.) If your order is over R1000 in value it gets shipped Free of charge via normal South African Post Office(SAPO) Parcel Post(with a tracking number)
4.) Normal SAPO post is very reliable and typically takes 4-5 days to get to its destination post office. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel is shipped from us. You can use this number to track your parcel by phoning 0860111502 or visiting www.sapo.co.za and using their online tracking tool. Please note that their tracking system can be a day behind. Once its confirmed that its at your post office take your tracking number to the post office and ask them for your parcel. It may take some time for them to send you a collection slip to your post box otherwise.
5.) We also use Speed Services bags for overnight deliveries of small parcels. The max size is 40x40x7cm and max 1kg in weight. PLEASE don't select speed services for a big heavy helicopter or massive battery as it will only slow down the delivery of your parcel as we will have to contact you to advise you it can not be sent via normal speed services and we will suggest an alternative solution for you. If in doubt select SAPO shipping
6.) If you really really really want your item to go via speed services give us a call and we will advise you on how much it will cost for your specific package weight to be sent with speed services. The amounts are horrendous for anything over 2kg. you can also download a Tariff booklet off www.sapo.co.za
For returns please contact email@example.com and they will advise you on how and where to return a product to. Please note that we will not replace faulty batteries once they leave the Wifly shop as their use is out of our control. All batteries are checked before they leave the shop and are confirmed as working. We will exchange them for credit or another item if the battery is still in its original working condition.
